Cold Brew Concentrate
Concentrate Yield: 1000g
Total Brew Time: 8-12 hours
Use cold or hot water to dilute the concentrate to taste.
A 1-1 or 1-2 ratio of coffee concentrate to water is typical.
Best enjoyed within the first two days of brewing.
- Start by dosing the 80g of freshly ground coffee into the filter basket and inserting it into the Hario Mizudashi glass brewer.
- Incrementally add cool or cold water to the grounds, stirring occasionally and being careful not to overflow the filter basket. Continue until you have filled the brewer with 1000g of water
- Place the cap on top and refrigerate, allowing the coffee to cold steep for 8-12 hours.
- After the time has elapsed, remove the filter basket and discard the grounds. Use cold or hot water to dilute the concentrate to taste (usually a 1-1 or 1-2 ratio of coffee concentrate to water).
