About this coffee
The Monge brothers are proud third generation owners of several farms in the Abarca area, including Las Palomas. They have enjoyed great success over the years in producing top quality Caturra and Catuaí varietals that have finished at the top of many international cupping competitions. The farm resides in the Tarbaca province of Tarrazu at approximately 6,000 feet with the perfect balance of sun and shade. Jorge and Carlos are quite content to alternate the title of best cupping coffee year in and year out.
