Brew Methods 2/16/2019
This class introduces the basics of brewing and explains how recipe, grind size, and brew time all influence the quality of final cup. Students will brew, taste, and discuss as they are led through the essential techniques and best practices for manual brewing. Students also take home 6 oz. bag of New Harvest Coffee!
This class is appropriate for both professional baristas and home enthusiasts.
This is a hands-on, interactive class. Be prepared to drink lots of coffee!
