This is our second offering from the Força Café Microlots competition. The Força Café Project supports market access and economies of scale for over 5,000 smallholder coffee farmers in Brazil. This pulped, natural-processed coffee took third place in the same competition in which our popular Sitio São Felix Robert Moura (now sold out) took sixth place–and that placement shows. Although we agreed on some core descriptors after multiple cuppings, our staff found the Rosangela delightfully complex with something for everyone to appreciate. Varietal: Yellow catuaí.
