New Harvest Technical Support specializes in the installation and repair of commercial espresso and coffee brewing equipment. We repair La Marzocco, Mazzer, Nuova Simonelli, Rancilio, Fetco, Bunn and all other major brands of commercial espresso and coffee brewing and grinding equipment.

New Harvest is a licensed reseller for La Marzocco, Mazzer, Nuova Simonelli, Rancilio, Fetco and Bunn equipment and parts.

We cover ground all over Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts, including metro Boston and the Cape and Islands. The goal is to make sure your shop has minimal to no downtime. Repairs can be handled on site or in specific cases we’ll take your machine back to our fully equipped workshop and provide a loaner machine for you to use while yours is being repaired.

We understand that emergency situations can arise at any time. These situations are handled on a case by case basis. For after-hours emergency support only, dial 866-438-1966 and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Please note that we do not service or supply parts for home use machines unless the machine is a La Marzocco GS3, Linea Mini, or Nuova Simonelli Appia.
