Building on the skills and knowledge stablished in our Barista Basics course, this class explores the concepts of strength and extraction in espresso preparation and teaches students to implement new techniques for preparing espresso with precision and accuracy.

This class is both lecture and hands-on. Please come prepared to drink coffee.
