Building on the skills and knowledge established in our Espresso Fundamentals course, this class explores the concepts of strength and extraction in espresso preparation and teaches students to implement new techniques for preparing espresso with precision and accuracy. Students will also learn basic troubleshooting for espresso equipment, including preventive maintenance.
Prerequisites: Espresso Fundamentals
This class is both lecture and hands-on. Please come prepared to drink coffee.
Time: 11am - 1pm
Location: New Harvest Training Lab, Hope Artiste Village, Unit 110
