Description: Are you looking to give your barista skills a jumpstart? In this introductory class, participants will learn the proper techniques for espresso preparation, how to steam milk for micro-foam, and necessary espresso equipment maintenance. A great introduction or refresher. This class is both lecture and hands-on. Participants should come prepared to drink coffee.

The ticket price includes a 12oz bag of  New Harvest Coffee and a digital copy of the class handout. 

Prerequisites: Barista Basics is an introductory course, so no prior experience is necessary!

Time: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. 

Location: New Harvest Training Lab, 10 Sims Ave Unit 101, Providence, RI 02909

Parking: Parking lot entrances are located on Sims Ave & Kinsley Ave. Street parking is available on Sims Ave. 

Registration Policy: Your ticket is only valid for the date selected. This is to ensure the best experience for all participants - if you need to reschedule, please contact us at and we'll get it sorted! If you do not see the class date you are looking for, it may be sold out.

Cancellation Policy: Due to limited class sizes, we request that you please cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill vacancies. You may cancel by phone or by emailing us at training@newharvestcoffee.comCancellations made before the date and time of the event may receive a full refund or have their reservations transferred to a different date/time of the same class.
