Professional: Introduction to Specialty Coffee

This class will lead you through coffee’s journey from seed to cup, touching upon every step in the coffee chain. Students will learn how coffee brewing technique and practice in a cafe setting. Introduction to Specialty Coffee is an introductory course, so no prior experience is necessary! Students should expect to leave with an understanding of:
- What coffee is and where it comes from
- The coffee industry from seed to cup
- Cafe brewing technique and practice
This class is a lecture and demonstration. Please come prepared to drink coffee.
