This class will lead you through coffee’s journey from seed to cup, detailing all aspects of the industry including origins, processing, exporting, roasting and beyond. This class provides participants with the knowledge needed to comfortably talk about coffee and New Harvest Coffee Roasters with customers. Introduction to Specialty Coffee is an introductory course, so no prior experience is necessary!

    This class is a lecture and demonstration. Please come prepared to drink coffee.
