Description: This course will equip cafe managers and trainers with the knowledge for internal coffee training. During the class, each participant will gain the tools to create a unique internal coffee training plan for their cafe. We will discuss how best to present information to your staff, which information is critical to coffee staff and how best to create and organize training materials specific to your needs, in addition to establishing standards and quality control.

Ticket price includes a 12oz bag of  New Harvest Coffee and a digital copy of the class handout. 

Prerequisites: A management or trainer position.
