Professional: Train the Trainer

This course will equip cafe managers with the knowledge and tools for internal coffee training. Train the Trainer is available to cafe owners and managerial staff. Prior to the course, a New Harvest educator will visit your cafe and each participant will complete a questionnaire.
During the class, each participant will create a unique internal coffee training plan for their cafe. We will discuss how best to present information to your staff, which information is critical to coffee staff and how best to create and organize training materials specific to your needs, in addition to establishing standards and quality control.
Prerequisites: Espresso Fundamentals and a cafe management position.
This class is both lecture and hands-on. There will be a short lunch break - please plan accordingly as there are limited food options in building.
