Jonathan Zapata's farm, Angostura, is located in San Pedro de Cartago, Nariño, Colombia near the Ecuadorian border. He has about 1.5 hectares under production and about 5,000 trees. Jonathan ferments for 24 hours and dries the beans on raised parabolic beds, always seeking best results. He is a member of the FUDAM alliance.
